Q. I'm having trouble logging into the library's databases.
Here are steps to try first:
- Try a different browser. Sometimes Internet Explorer or Safari don't "play nice" with the library's databases. Browsers like Chrome or Mozilla Firefox may work when others don't!
- Clear the browser cache. Directions for clearing other browsers can be found at http://www.auburn.edu/oit/security_center/browsers/ht_clearing_cache.php. OIT has directions for the common browsers. Try to access the database again.
- If you still can't get into the database, go to http://www.auburn.edu/myaccount and synchronize your AU computing password. Allow 5 minutes for the updated password to take effect. Try accessing the database again.
If you still cannot access a database after following those steps listed above please email the Auburn University Libraries Systems Department (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following information:

- Description of the problem encountered
