I'm having trouble logging into the library's databases.

Here are steps to try first:

Try a different browser. Some browsers don't "play nice" with the library's databases. Browsers like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox may work while others don't!

Clear the browser cache (directions for clearing your browser cache can be found here). Try to access the database again.
