Q. I'm having trouble logging into the library's databases.
Answer
Here are steps to try first:
- Try a different browser. Sometimes Internet Explorer or Safari don't "play nice" with the library's databases. Browsers like Chrome or Mozilla Firefox may work when others don't!
- Clear the browser cache (directions for clearing your browser cache can be found here). Try to access the database again.
- If you still can't get into the database, go to OIT's My Account page and synchronize your AU computing password. Allow 5 minutes for the updated password to take effect. Try accessing the database again.
