How can I check out a book?
What do you need to check out a book? Where do you go to check one out?

If you are an Auburn student, faculty, or staff all you need to check out a book is your Tiger Card. (And the book, of course!)
At RBD Library, you can check out your books on the first floor at the Circulation Desk (located by the parking deck exit), the Mell Desk (located just inside the Mell Classroom Building) There is a self-checkout machine across from the RBD Help Desk which will require a tiger card with bar code as shown in the image above.
Books, and other library materials, may also be checked out at our branch libraries -- Library of Architecture, Design & Construction, and the Cary Veterinary Medical Library.
